Participant’s self-assessment of knowledge of eight subject matters before and after taking the course on a 10-point Likert scale ranked as follows:

• Change Management: 94% increase in knowledge (from 4.00 to 7.75)
• Cultural Competency: 43% increase in knowledge (from 5.74 to 8.20)
• Discrimination and Harassment: 33% increase in knowledge (from 6.36 to 8.49)
• Effective Communication: 28% increase in knowledge (from 6.48 to 8.28)
• Gender Equity: 38% increase in knowledge (from 5.89 to 8.13)
• Imposter Syndrome: 94% increase in knowledge (from 4.29 to 8.32)
• LGBTQ Issues: 57% increase in knowledge (from 5.01 to 7.88)
• Unconscious Bias: 47% increase in knowledge (from 5.63 to 8.27)
